Seniortorget visits Service Point Unbyn/Avan

During the spring, staff from the Seniortorget will be present at each Service Point approximately once a month, according to the program below. Seniortorget is a meeting place for seniors, located in the central part of Boden (Hedenbrovägen 8). At the Senior Square, health-promoting activities are carried out in community to create security, independence, joy and community in everyday life.

During the visits to the Service Points, staff from the Seniortorget are on site between 10.00 and 12.00. At 10:30 a.m., a strength and movement training program (about 30 minutes) will take place, in which you can participate according to your ability. The rest of the time, staff members are on hand to provide information about the Seniortorget and are available for concerns and questions.
